Baldwin was arrested about 2 p.m. Friday near 28 E. 10th St.in Manhattan's West Village and is being held at the NYPD's Sixth Precinct.
NYPD told Fox News at the time that Baldwin, who had no ID, "refused to [identify] himself, became belligerent, cursing and yelling".
A grim-faced Baldwin sauntered out of the NYPD's 6th Precinct station house in Greenwich Village around 4 p.m., not uttering a word as he hopped into a waiting vehicle. Last year, the actor bought another apartment on the building's 12th floor, shelling out 1.3 million dollars.
On Friday, a man called 911 to report that Baldwin had punched him in the face.

An ABC spokeswoman had no comment about Baldwin's arrest, other than to say his talk show will air Sunday night as scheduled.

This wouldn't be the first time that the 30 Rock actor was caught in a scandal like this.
Of course, he openly detests and mocks President Trump while playing him on "SNL" - so, not surprisingly, the Prez weighed in on the arrest.
