The Nintendo Switch set video game hardware sales records in the US during the five-day Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, the company said Wednesday. That includes Switch, 3DS products, the NES and Super NES Classic systems, and accessories and games.
Lifetime sales of Nintendo Switch, which is entering only its second holiday season, have reached more than 8.2 million units.
Nintendo Switch hardware sales grew 115 percent compared to the same period in 2017.
And Super Mario Odyssey, which came out previous year and has already sold 13 million copies to date, continues to climb back up, with a 25th place spot on the charts and a 110 percent increase in sales.
