She hailed the importance "particularly for women to have our seat at the table, to represent the fact that we are so here and so incredible and we are the creators of our music". "There's nothing better than this".
Despite not winning the award in the end, it was still a huge milestone in their career since BTS is the first K-Pop act ever to be nominated at the Grammy Awards.
But this year, Gaga, Brandi Carlile and Kacey Musgraves won multiple Grammys.
This now marks the second time that Drake has earned the honor of Best Rap Song, having won the award in 2017 for "Hotline Bling".
The artiste's win is his first in a major Grammy category and fourth overall, after his hit Redbone won the prize for Best Traditional R&B Performance a year ago. "I hope the show is exactly what you want it to be and more".

A third said: "How you gonna have a song like "Born This Way" promoting being proud of how you were born and then go and get a bunch of botox and plastic surgery to change your face??" "I wish Bradley was here with my right now".
Women were strongly represented at this year's Grammys.
Grammy organizers this year expanded the top four categories - album, record, song of the year, and best new artist - to eight nominees from five in a bid to diversify the contest.
Drake has been vocal about his disdain for the Grammys and the lack of diversity among its nominees.
Tori Kelly, who debuted on the music scene as a pop singer, won two awards for her first gospel album.
The soundtrack for superhero movie Black Panther took best score for visual media, while Childish Gambino's searing This Is America, about police brutality and racism, won the best music video trophy. Beyonce, Jay-Z, Ella Mai, H.E.R., Pharrell Williams, Hugh Jackman, Stingy, Shaggy, Dave Chappelle, "Weird Al" Yankovic, the late Chris Cornell, Greta Van Fleet and even former President Jimmy Carter also picked up early awards ahead of the live show. In a surprise move, though, Drake made a decision to cross the picket line.
