Marks was arrested after the bodies of his ex-girlfriend and another person were found in Clearview, Oklahoma, but had not been charged with their murders.
Maya Renee Maxwell, 26, who was arrested on January 11 in Muskegon on a Bell County warrant charging tampering with evidence, admitted that "she was involved with leaving Swearingin's vehicle in Austin in hopes to hide it from law enforcement", a warrant affidavit released Wednesday says. He had escaped in the morning while the van was at a McDonald's in Conroe, about 40 miles north of Houston, and was last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit and restraints. Marks had not been named a suspect in their deaths.

Marks has been a longtime MMA fighter. Scott and her friend Michael Swearingin were found dead in Oklahoma on Jan 15.
Marks was arrested in MI last month on a Bell County, Texas, charge alleging that on August 21, he broke into Scott's home in Temple, which is about 60 miles north of Austin.

Pease went missing in March 2009 and Marks got custody of their son.
The Pease investigation has been active since 2009, Bloomington Deputy Chief Mike Hartley previously told the FME News Service.
