The worst-case scenario is the Bulls end up eighth in the lottery, which they have a 2.2 percent chance of doing. Last season (or, really, any year of the last decade) the Kings could justify taking on salary for draft capital - in fact, that's what they should have done. I think they'd definitely look into is as long as they weren't trying to trade away the top pick. Not since LeBron James has there been so much hype around a player coming into the NBA Draft.

The 2019 NBA Draft Lottery takes place this evening in Chicago to determine the draft order for all lottery teams. If Dallas were able to score the top overall pick, things would get real interesting, real quick.

That gives an 86 percent chance for someone like Ja Morant, RJ Barrett, Jarrett Culver or De'Andre Hunter to become the pick.
