According to Las Vegas Now, 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop was arrested for pushing the man as he was attempting to get off the bus following a verbal argument.
The incident took place on March 21, 2019.
The video shows the woman identified as Bishop, from two separate angles, shove Fournier off the bus using both hands. Fournier reportedly asked the woman to be nice, CBS affiliate KLAS-TV reported.
Police said Bishop then pushed Fournier, who was using a walker, out of the bus - and he landed on his head on the sidewalk, the station said.
Authorities arrested 25-year-old Cadesha Michelle Bishop on May 6.
"Detectives would like to speak anyone present during this incident on March 21, 2019, in which an elderly male was pushed from a bus near Fremont St and 13th St, around 5PM".

Investigators said Bishop left the scene with her child and did not offer assistance to the victim of her attack.
On April 23 his death was ruled as a homicide by the county coroner. That same day, Bishop agreed to meet with police but never appeared.
Taylor - trying to hold back tears - told KSNV Fournier was an "excellent neighbor" and a "very nice, religious person". "People need a little more patience than what they have these days", said the man's neighbour, Trevor Taylor.
A woman has now been charged with his murder. A Clark County public defender's official did not immediately respond Thursday to messages.
