Zion Williamson's first Summer League game appears to be his last, at least for the time being.
Williamson suited up for his first Summer League game on Friday night, and the Pelicans' newest star showed why he was worthy of the No. 1 pick in the exhibition game against the Knicks.
Paired with the fact that it came in the form of a matchup with former Duke teammate RJ Barrett, (the game) led to a packed house in Las Vegas.

The New Orleans Pelicans selected Duke forward Zion Williamson with the first overall pick of the 2019 NBA Draft on Thursday night, and his first NBA jersey is already on sale. There was a crack found on the court in the Cox arena, though it was barely noticeable and needed only minor fix. According to the Pelicans, the move is merely cautionary, and Williamson will continue to work out. "I looked down at my Jordans here and I saw the floor moving - it was the strangest thing".
The game was eventually called midway through the fourth quarter with New Orleans leading 80-74 because of an natural disaster in Southern California.
