Today, both the City of Vancouver and the Province of BC declared a state of emergency.
Thirteen people are now hospitalized in B.C., and there are no new deaths to report in the province. Of the new cases, seven are now hospitalized, four are in intensive care, five have recovered and the remaining patients are at home in isolation.

He said financial security, the education system and co-operation among governments are three top concerns for people as the pandemic response unfolds.
