Android 11 will focus on "people, controls, and privacy", but not all of the new features will be immediately apparent to the user.
Android 11 will also block access to the users' app usage information until the device is unlocked for the first time after it restarts or the users switch to their accounts.
For now, the new Android 11 beta is compatible with Google Pixel smartphones, including the Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a, Pixel 3a XL, Pixel 4, and the Pixel 4 XL. You will get notification for Android 11 beta.
Unless you're a seasoned app developer, you're using a second phone or you've backed up your data, we wouldn't recommend using the OnePlus 8 Android 11 beta yet. Xiaomi and Poco (which is sort of like saying Xiaomi and Xiaomi, to be fair) have announced that Android 11 betas will be coming with MIUI versions on the Xiaomi Mi 10 series and the Poco F2 Pro-and Oppo has made a similar announcement. The feature, which has received an upgrade in Android 11, lets users control their smartphone with voice commands. It allows you to use other apps or browse the web while a little bubble-shaped pop up gives you the option to bring up an overlay screen so you can quickly respond to messages.
Android 11 also introduces Bubbles, a new feature to help you respond and engage with important conversations without switching back and forth between your current task and the messaging app. This will mean easy access to virtual cards, as well as Smart Home controls. Google is also rolling out independent resolution control, allowing you to manually set your Stadia resolution output on each device you play. Unlike Android 10 first beta, you can install the new build on only a handful of devices.

With that, notification types have been more clearly labeled, and offer more granular control over preset settings, like Alerting versus Silent notifications, for example.
With one-time permissions you can grant apps access to your microphone, camera or location, just that one time. The application needs to request related permissions again when it needs to be accessed next time.
Media controls have also been moved to a Quick Settings area above notifications.
There are a range of other updates such as improvements to Voice Access and sharing between devices, however, these differences will only be noticeable when the final version is released. This changes in Android 11 wherein the tiny tweak will not interrupt your music playing experience on a Bluetooth headset or a speaker which is connected to your smartphone.
