Alongside this, the HTC Desire 20 Pro has been established by HTC, but this telephone just packs 4G, therefore it exciting. "It comes with a smaller 6.5" Full HD+ punch-hole display and it runs on a lower Snapdragon 665 processor mated to 6GB RAM.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the HTC Desire 20 Pro on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a fourth 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The device sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. A capacitive fingerprint reader sits on the phone's back.
The HTC U20 5G is a strong mid-range 5G phone powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset with an integrated 5G modem.
It's not clear exactly when the phones will get a wider launch or where they will land, but a spokesperson for HTC told TechRadar that "at this time, the devices will be available in Taiwan, but we will look to launch in additional markets later this year". Both are mid-range Android phones and the U20 rocks 5G.
With this phone, however, the main thing will be the price: can HTC wade back into the market it helped create and steal some of Apple and Google's thunder? Like the U20, this phone has a hole-punch camera and large bezel at the bottom of the device.
It comes in a single storage variant that offers 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The HTC Desire 20 Pro is seen ahead in shades of Smoky Black and Pretty Blue, whereas the HTC U20 5G is listed in shades of Green and Silver. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. ▲HTC CEO Yves Maitre (right) and HTC Taiwan general manager Chen Boyu (left) jointly released their first 5G mobile phone.
