But in a follow-up exchange, Kramer told the news outlet that the rapper had finally chose to call it quits in the race while the hired professionals were working in Florida.
"He's out", Kramer told Intelligencer, before sharing that that he was in the process of getting "all our stuff cancelled". However, he tried to get his name in at the last minute in Florida and SC, but to no avail.
He said: "They want to put chips inside of us, they want to do all kinds of things, to make it where we can't cross the gates of Heaven".
His comments seem to be aimed at Kanye West, who announced his intent to run for president as a third-party candidate.
"Running for president has to be one of the hardest things for someone to actually contemplate at that level", Kramer said.
Last week, 'Ye announced he would be running for president in the upcoming election.
