While numerous most anticipated movies of 2020 have been pushed back to 2021, Netflix's annual late-year slate is being released as scheduled, and whatever form the Oscars take for this year, there's a good chance Netflix will compete heavily, as it did with "The Irishman" and "Marriage Story" last year and "Roma" the year before.
David Fincher's new movie "Mank" released its first trailer on Thursday.

Meanwhile, another user wrote, Oh, yeah, I want... he. "I do feel like I'm learning new things every single day". The singer has been busy promoting her forthcoming Christmas album, A Very Trainor Christmas .
Mankiewicz is most famous for co-writing Citizen Kane alongside director Orson Welles. "Mank" will be getting a theatrical release before it arrives on streaming at the start of December. The cast also includes Amanda Seyfried, Lily Collins, Ferdinand Kingsley, Tom Pelphrey and Arliss Howard.
Mank will be released in select theaters sometime in November before premiering on Netflix on December 4th.
The score is being created by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, who have previously collaborated with Fincher on 2010's The Social Network, 2011's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl. Fincher has moved to television in the interim, directing and producing for the Netflix series "Mindhunter" and "Love, Death & Robots" since 2016. As you can tell from the teaser, Mank is shot in black and white to reflect the 1930s film aesthetic. Fincher was also set at one point to director a sequel to "World War Z", but that fell apart as well. But David has directed this movie just magnificently.
