KO Steals Show In Tyson vs Jones Jr

Tyson and Jones negotiated with the California commission over the limitations of their bout, eventually arriving at eight two-minute rounds of hard sparring with only ceremonial judging and no official victor.

Mike Tyson has revealed that he smoked a joint before his fight with Roy Jones Jr.

Tyson is a WWE Hall of Famer and recently appeared on AEW Dynamite.

In round five, Tyson began to get going, landing some shots on Jones Jr including a vintage hook.

Seeing as how it was only an exhibition, Tyson was asked if he had any plans to transition to a competitive duel.

Following the boxing event at Staples Center, Tyson spoke to reporters and admitted that prior to the match, he had smoked a joint.

Tyson, 54, said he was happy with the draw and made clear his future pursuits would not be in a professional capacity. "For me, I thought I did enough on the outside to edge it out but I'm cool with a draw, it just means we'll have to do it again".

He also said the half-dose was given to some people because of an error in the quantity of vaccine put into some vials. Finally, and stranger: why did a smaller dose produce better results? The U.S.

The idea of a boxing comeback seemed preposterous, but Tyson started toward this unlikely fight when he started doing 15 daily minutes on a treadmill a few years ago at his wife's urging in a bid to lose 100 pounds.

A beaten up Jones Jr admitted after the fight that he was in awful pain as a result of Tyson's barrage of body shots. "We have to do this again".

Jones Jr was perhaps expected to be the more sharp going into the exhibition having boxed last in 2018 and won his last four fights.

Jones walked to the ring with gloves and trunks honouring Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, while Tyson wore his signature all-black trunks. Tyson didn't even lose patience during the fight when Jones took to holding him so that the former heavyweight champion couldn't get a clean shot in.

It was Big George Foreman who finally convinced me, as weird as that is to admit.

"I hope to go further, absolutely, and he can be on the card as well. Yes it did hurt", Tyson said.

Tyson declared his intention to carry on fighting after his battle with RJJ and old rival Evander Holyfield could be next for the powerful American. "We're humanitarians and we're helping people".
